Today I’m going to share a very FAST and hassle-free Rendang Ayam!
Scoop half of the Rendang paste from the bottle, roughly around 100gm. Put in about 8 pieces of chicken and pour in your coconut milk. Stir until it is mixed together.
Let it cooked on slow fire and wait till it boils a bit before you put in your coconut paste.
Once it boils, pour in your coconut paste, stir it well. Cover the pot. Make sure it is on slow fire until the chicken has soften.
If needed, add a pinch of salt to taste.
And ta-da, you’re done!
